Subvanta

Your subscriptions, simplified

Subvanta is a private subscription tracker for iPhone. You add your subscriptions yourself, and it shows what they really cost you across the year. No account, no bank linking, and your data stays on your device unless you choose to turn on iCloud sync.

Common questions

Can Subvanta find my subscriptions automatically?
No. iOS gives no app access to your Apple Account subscriptions or your bank, so every subscription is one you enter yourself. The Check Apple Subscriptions button opens Apple's own management page so you can copy across what you find there.

Why does the free plan stop at five?
The free plan includes every feature, capped at five tracked subscriptions. Subvanta Pro is a single one-time purchase that removes the cap permanently. It is not a subscription — buying a subscription to manage subscriptions would be absurd.

I bought Pro but it is not showing.
Open Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Do my subscriptions sync between my devices?
No. Everything is stored only on the device you entered it on. To move to a new phone, use Settings → Export as CSV, then Restore from CSV on the new one.

Are the reminders in the Reminders app?
No. They are local notifications from Subvanta itself, so they do not appear in Apple Reminders and do not sync through iCloud. Set how many days of warning you want in Settings → Reminders.

Why do some subscriptions show a logo and others do not?
If you switch on Fetch service icons, Subvanta requests the icon directly from each service's own website. Not every site publishes one. You can always set your own image on any subscription instead.

How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything goes with it, because there is no copy anywhere else.
